Base Compensation
Your base pay depends on your experience and location. It's paid in monthly installments after pregnancy is confirmed.
First-Time Surrogates
$40,000 – $55,000
Compensation varies based on your location. States with a higher cost of living—such as California or New York—offer higher base pay to ensure fair support throughout your journey.
Experienced Surrogates
$60,000+
Those who have completed a previous surrogacy are offered higher compensation in recognition of their proven commitment and familiarity with the process.
Surrogate Benefit Package
These benefits are included in addition to your base compensation.
Contract Signing Bonus
A one-time payment given after you sign your surrogacy contract, in recognition of your commitment.
Monthly Allowance
Covers general living and pregnancy-related expenses. This is a non-accountable payment issued monthly.
Medication Start Fee
Covers the time and inconvenience associated with starting IVF medications prior to embryo transfer.
Embryo Transfer Fee
Paid upon completion of the embryo transfer procedure to acknowledge this milestone.
Maternity Clothing Allowance
Provides funds for pregnancy-appropriate clothing so you can stay comfortable and confident.
Support Group Stipend
Encouragement to attend virtual or in-person support groups during the surrogacy journey.
